Program Description

When you book a VIP table reservation through our platform, operated by Occasio LLC, you may receive SMS text messages related to your reservation. These messages include booking confirmations, reservation reminders, and optional bottle service updates during your visit.

How to Opt-In

You can opt-in to receive SMS messages through the following methods:

1. Booking Consent

When making a VIP table reservation, you enter your phone number in the booking form. The form includes a checkbox stating "I agree to receive SMS notifications about my reservation including confirmations and updates. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." with links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. The checkbox must be actively checked by the customer to opt in. A confirmation SMS is sent immediately upon successful payment.

2. In-Venue Opt-In

After customers check in at the venue, they receive a one-time welcome SMS asking if they would like to receive bottle service updates during their visit. They must reply YES to opt-in to additional promotional messages. Customers who do not reply or reply NO only receive transactional booking-related messages.

Message Types & Frequency

You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Booking Confirmation: Sent once when your reservation is confirmed
  • Reservation Reminder: Sent 24 hours before your reservation (if enabled)
  • Check-In Welcome: Sent once when you arrive and check in at the venue
  • Bottle Service Updates: If opted-in, periodic messages during your visit with easy ordering links (typically 2-4 messages per visit)
  • Order Confirmations: Sent when you place an order for bottles or celebration items

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages (confirmations, reminders) are sent per booking. Promotional messages during your visit are limited and only sent if you opt-in.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Other opt-out keywords that work: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and personal information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is only used to provide reservation-related services as described in this document.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
