By accessing or using the Cantina Añejo reservation platform and services, operated by Occasio LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our SMS Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation or use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
When you book a VIP table through our platform, you are making a binding reservation. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your confirmation code.
VIP table reservations include minimum spend requirements that must be met through bottle service and/or food and beverage purchases during your visit. The specific minimum spend amount is displayed during the booking process and varies by table type, date, and event.
Please arrive within the designated time window for your reservation. Tables not claimed within 30 minutes of the reservation time may be released to other guests without refund, unless prior arrangements have been made.
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount is applied toward your minimum spend requirement. Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
All prices displayed on our platform are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and gratuity. Prices may vary based on the date, time, event, and table selection. Special event pricing may apply on holidays and during special events.
The remaining balance (minimum spend minus deposit) is due on the night of your reservation. Gratuity is added to all bottle service and food/beverage orders as indicated during booking.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cantina Añejo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cantina Añejo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your reservation. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the venue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cantina Añejo, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your conduct at the venue.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Cantina Añejo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
